FYI Per the Show Secretary:
It is unnecessary for back up paperwork (copies of registration
papers, AHA membership cards and USEF membership cards) to be
submitted with your entry form. The only paperwork requested is
proof of ownership if the horse is not registered in the correct name,
membership cards renewed two weeks prior to show, and Safe Sport
training certificate if completed within 2 weeks of the show. Coggins
test and vaccination records should still be provided.
